With a single row of hangers on the center rod, the MRR provides compact coat storage. With hangers on both perimeter hanger bars, MRR doubles its capacity. Finally, it can also be used as a single-faced rack against a wall. The MRR uses either slotted theft deterrent hangers or conventional open hook hangers. The standard size is 60" high. It is also available in a Junior size of 48" high. The MRR also comes in a chrome-plated heavy duty version if folks tend to abuse your coat racks. If you prefer hooks, as shown in the small inset photo, the MRR delivers. Simply choose the hook arrangement from the Width option below. Sturdy 2 1/2” x 1” x 18 gauge welded tubular steel frames stand up to heavy use. Welded steel vinyl-coated grid shelves are strong and rust-proof. We really like mobility and so we're pleased you can add optional casters as shown in the photo. You have a choice of standard casters, which add 2 1/2" to the height of your rack or for heavy duty purposes choose the locking casters which add 4" height to your rack. The heavy duty casters allow you to easily move the MRR across uneven surfaces such as thresholds. If you're not going to be moving it very often, you may choose to just stick with the standard casters or glides.
